From 100 employees the EU pay transparency law asks for a gender pay gap report, and a joint pay assessment where a gap of 5% or more isn't justified. Squadra HR produces both, so the price per employee moves from €4 to €6 at that size. Below 100 the report is voluntary. ### Do we pay the lower rate for the first 99 people? No. Every employee is priced at the rate for the company's size: €4 each from 4 to 99 employees, and €6 each from 100. One number to multiply, nothing to work out in bands. ### What counts as an employee? We count headcount the way the pay transparency law does: everyone with an employment contract or relationship on the billing date, full-time or part-time. People who have left don't count, and their records stay available to HR. ### What happens when we hire employee number 4? Nothing stops working. From that month every employee is billed at the rate for your size, and you keep every record and setting you already have. ### Our payroll provider already does HR. Why add this? Keep them for payroll. Squadra HR sends them clean Excel exports, and covers what payroll HR add-ons don't: leave in hours, approvals, job evaluation, pay requests and the gap report. ### We were going to hire a consultancy for the pay gap report. From 250 employees the report is due every year, and a consultancy charges about €20,000 to €25,000 for each one. At 250 employees a year of everything here costs €18,000, the report and any joint pay assessment included, and the figures stay current at every pay rise. ### How hard is it to move our data in? We connect to BambooHR, Personio and Factorial, and import from Shireburn, Talexio, Buddy HR, HiBob or a spreadsheet. You see a review report before anything is saved, and get an undo file after. ### Do we need a card to start, and is there a contract? No card for the free plan, no setup fee and no contract at any size. Paid plans are billed monthly, and you can cancel any time. ### Can we leave and take our data? Yes. HR can export everything to one Excel workbook at any time. When you close your account we delete your company's data after a 30 day grace period. ### Are prices shown with VAT?
