# HR reports, Excel exports and an audit log

Pick the columns, filter by team and date, and download to Excel. Two reports arrive by email on a schedule. Every change, and every look at pay or ID data, is written to an append-only audit log.

## Custom reports

Start from a preset, such as remaining time off by department or a contact list, or choose columns grouped by person, job, employment, time off and pay. Pay columns appear for HR only.

## Scheduled reports and a full export

A monthly leave report and a sick-leave pattern report arrive by email. The full Excel export holds everything the system knows, with pay and sensitive fields left out unless HR includes them.

## Audit log of every change

Every change goes to an append-only log with the values before and after. Reads of pay, ID numbers and health fields are logged too, and sensitive values are redacted in the log itself.
