Buddy HR combines payroll and HR for employers in Malta. Its public employer pages describe employee records, leave requests and approvals, payroll, time and attendance, and reports. The available features depend on the plan.
Squadra HR manages people records, documents, onboarding, leave, the org chart, reports and pay reporting. If you use Buddy for Maltese payroll, include that work in your decision: Squadra HR exports pay history to Excel and leaves payroll calculations and submissions to your payroll service.

Importing your employee records
Export your employee list from Buddy HR as CSV or Excel. Choose the Buddy HR preset, check the column matches, then review the proposed changes before saving. Buddy’s export headers are unverified, so the mapping review is required. This imports records from a file; it does not connect the two payroll systems.
