Privacy policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

This policy covers this website. It explains what we collect when you visit it or send us the get-started form. The employee data your company keeps in Squadra HR is covered by our data processing agreement instead.

Who we are

Squadra HR is run by Aigentcy, based in Malta. We are the controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@aigentcy.com.

What we collect

When you visit the site

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

Your browser remembers, for this visit only, the first page you opened, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in that address. Nothing leaves your browser unless you send a form, and the record is gone when you close the tab.

When you send a form

The get-started, demo and contact forms collect what you type into them:

  • your name and email
  • your company name, country and number of employees, where the form asks
  • the HR system you use today, the times that suit you for a demo, the topic, and anything you write in the message

With the form we record the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit, the site that sent you and any campaign tags.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sent it. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser and doesn't set advertising cookies.

Why we use it

We use the form details to reply to you, to book a demo, and to set up your account if you go ahead. The legal basis is the steps you asked us to take before entering into a contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Protecting the site from abuse is in our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who we share it with

  • Our hosting provider, which hosts this site, runs the forms and stores each submission in the EU.
  • Our email provider, which delivers the form to our team's inbox from the EU.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for 12 months, then delete them automatically. If you become a customer, the customer terms apply to your account from then on.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to get a copy in a portable format. Email info@aigentcy.com and we reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt), or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
