Who these terms are between

These terms are between Aigentcy, based in Malta, which runs Squadra HR, and the company that opens an account (you).

The service

Squadra HR is an HR system for keeping employee records, managing leave and running HR reports. We host it, keep it running and update it. We may change features over time, and we tell account owners before removing anything they rely on.

Your account

You decide who in your company gets access, and you are responsible for what they do in the account.
You confirm that you have a lawful basis to put your employees' data into the service.
You keep sign-in details secure and tell us at info@aigentcy.com if you think an account was misused.

Plans and payment

The free plan covers companies with up to 3 employees. Larger companies pay per employee at the rate for their size shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, and we give 30 days notice before a price changes.

Your data

Your company owns the data it puts into Squadra HR. We process it only to provide the service, under thedata processing agreement, which forms part of these terms. You can export your data at any time.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available 99.9% of each month, outside planned maintenance that we announce in advance.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We delete your company's data after a 30 day grace period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk, and we tell you why.

Liability

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.

The content on this website is for information. We try to keep it accurate, and the terms of your account take priority over anything written here.
