Company settings

What HR sets in company settings: legal name, time zone, governing law, data protection authority, report recipients, logo, schedules and assistant access.

HR admins open Company settings from the menu.

Company legal name

Shown on the sign-in page and the app's privacy notice.

Time zone

The company's local time, used for scheduled reports.

Governing law

The country whose rules apply, such as the deadline for answering pay requests.

Data protection authority

Named in the app's privacy notice, with its website, as the place employees can complain.

Scheduled report recipients

Who gets the monthly leave report and the sick leave pattern report.

Report times

The hour each scheduled report goes out.

Upload the company’s logo. It’s shown on the sign-in page, in any aspect ratio.

Schedules and holidays holds the work schedules, such as Monday to Friday at 8 hours a day or a four-day week, and the public holiday calendars. Each person has one schedule and one calendar, and leave is counted against both.

Policies and balances holds the leave policies and who is on each. See leave policies.

Assistant access is off until HR turns it on here. The screen explains what turning it on means, and the switch is written to the audit log. Turning it off stops every key and connection at once. See assistant access.
