Import from HiBob

Bring people in from HiBob with the Bob people export, as Excel or CSV, with the usual Bob columns matched for you and every change checked before it's saved.

HiBob’s API terms need HiBob’s written consent before another company’s software uses the API, so Squadra HR imports HiBob from its export.

Export from Bob

Section titled “Export from Bob”
  1. In Bob, open People and choose the columns you want: at least first name, last name, email, start date, department, job title, site and reports to. Add date of birth, phone and employee ID if you have them.
  2. Export to Excel or CSV.

Import

Section titled “Import”

Open Company > Import data, choose HiBob and upload the file. The usual Bob column names match themselves. Check the matches, then review.

Time off balances can come in from a second file: a balance report with one row per person and leave type, or one column per type. See A spreadsheet for the shapes that work.
