Import from Factorial
Connect Factorial with an API key and bring in people, contracts and pay, emergency contacts, time off balances and leaves, checked in a review before saving.
Squadra HR reads Factorial through its public API with a key a Factorial admin creates.
Create the key
Section titled “Create the key”- In Factorial, as an admin, open Settings > API keys and create a key named Squadra HR.
- Choose no expiry. New Factorial keys expire after 24 hours unless you change it, and the import stops working when the key does.
- Copy the key. Factorial shows it once.
A Factorial key reaches everything the company has in Factorial and can’t be narrowed. Remove it in Factorial once you’ve moved.
Connect
Section titled “Connect”Open Company > Import data, choose Factorial, paste the key and choose Connect and read Factorial.

A module your company doesn’t have in Factorial, such as documents, is left out and the review says so.
