Import a spreadsheet
Import people, balances, leave and emergency contacts from any CSV or Excel file, with columns matched on screen and the mapping saved for the next time.
Any CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file works, up to 5 MB each and six files at a time. Old .xls files need saving as .xlsx first.
What each file can hold
Section titled “What each file can hold”| A sheet of | Needs | Can also have |
|---|---|---|

| Balances | Who (email, employee number, ID card or name), leave type, balance | Unit, the date the balance is on |
